DCRL Information

DCRL, also known as Dakota Collegiate Rocket League, aims to become the biggest College E-sports League the Dakotas have ever seen. Founded by Alex “Ktool” Kotula in March 2022, this league was created to give every college student in the Dakotas an opportunity to play on LAN in front of a crowd, regardless of rank.

The League

To start the season, a draft is held to figure out which players will be playing in their respective divisions, regardless of their college or rank. A league play will then be held to figure out the seeding of all teams for each division going into the playoffs. A double elimination bracket will commence, with the top four teams of each division making it to LAN. LAN will consist of the top four teams fighting it out to see who can take home the trophy in each division.

Who’s invited?

The league is open to all college students in North and South Dakota. There is no rank requirement and our only goal is to have a fun, welcoming environment which opens up the competitive aspect of Rocket League to all.
